The Platform operates in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. We function as a Data Fiduciary, determining the purpose and means of processing your digital personal data, while you retain all unalienable rights as a Data Principal.
- Notice and Consent: We process your personal data only after receiving an explicit, unambiguous, specific, revocable, and informed electronic consent from you, preceded by a clear notice detailing the exact nature of data processed.
- Data Principal Rights: You possess the legal right to request summaries of your personal data held by us, request correction or erasure of inaccurate records, and withdraw your processing consent at any time through our automated account portal.
1.2 Complete Inventory of Collected Data
To sustain a safe real estate digital ecosystem, we collect:
- Personal Data: Full legal name, active mobile number, verified email address, financial billing address, and account passwords.
- Confidential Verification Numbers: Data inputs of official government-issued Property Numbers (including Gat/Survey Numbers, CTS Numbers, and MNC Property Index Numbers) from direct property owners, where contractually required for operational validation.
- Automated Log Data: Device IP addresses, geo-locations, browser operational types, tracking cookies, and operational navigation history.
1.3 Controlled Data Sharing & Paid Access
- Absolute Privacy of Verification Data: In alignment with our data security policy, Property Numbers are strictly kept behind our internal secure firewall. They will never be shared, rented, published, or displayed on public listing pages.
- Owner Contact Masking: OwnersтАЩ contact numbers are masked behind our secure digital wall.
- Authorized Paid Reveal: An ownerтАЩs phone number will only be shared or revealed to a Seeker who has given explicit electronic consent, accepted our fee parameters, and successfully completed the required contact-unlock micro-payment.
- No Bulk Sale of Data: We explicitly state that we never sell, lease, monetize, or trade your personal contact information to third-party data brokers.

3.4 Technical Data Security & Encryption Disclaimer
We incorporate industry-standard Electronic Security Frameworks, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, advanced firewalls, data access logging, and completely isolated databases to preserve data integrity and protect sensitive verification documents (such as Property Numbers ).
However, notwithstanding our rigorous security protocols, users explicitly acknowledge that no data transmission mechanism over the open internet or electronic storage infrastructure can be guaranteed as completely un-hackable, infallible, or 100% secure. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you upload all property documents and personal identifiers entirely at your own risk, and the Platform assumes zero liability for unforeseen cyber-attacks, sophisticated data breaches, or systemic force majeure events beyond our reasonable technical control.
